Meet Jesse!

He writes: ...

"Hello, I'm Jesse! I'm from Washington D.C. and a senior with one more semester to go for that BSN at George Mason University.

I served in the USAF for 6 years, deployed twice, and traveled to over 20 countries.

It's time to inspire and help others all while being great, which is one reason why I chose nursing.

I currently work at two hospitals, one being Georgetown Hospital, and will hopefully land a job working in the Surgical ICU as an RN.

My goal is to be a nurse anesthetist.

Thanks!"

So, I guess this means you don't need IV or anything, right?

I feel confident you can take ass selfies at home, for free...

peace out, Girl Scout...

Nurse Selfies says:
1. Patients look for the slightest opportunities to take selfies of their asses!

2. Patients suddenly noticed how pretty or handsome the nurse is and start making funny comments

3. Always leaving the bed or room to the nursing station to discuss issues not relating to their health

How do you know a patient is due for discharge?

#NurseSelfie - A little #tbt action for you today #pregnancyedition 🤰🏼

...I was thinking about how quickly this past year has gone by and I saw this pic pop up!

This picture is significant in so many ways. It actually was the last night shift I worked before bringing baby boy into the world!

I was 36.5 weeks and he was born at 38 weeks. This pic also represents my healthiest pregnancy thanks to 30 minute home workouts, superfood nutrition, and the support of accountability groups.

This pic also represents my last shift as an RN before I put my nursing career on hold to be a #sahm of THREE!! 😳

Sometimes I can't believe how I got here, but I feel incredibly blessed!

I've been lucky enough to fulfill multiple passions of mine when the time is right.

I'm cherishing my days at home with my littles, but I know one day I will throw on the blue scrubs again. #nurselife 💊💉👩🏼‍⚕️
